Some observations:
1) Watching that Camaro bounce was funny
2) Seriously, the styling on the Fiero was almost a decade ahead of it’s time.

Their British commercial vehicle brand, phased out in ‘86. Their UK van manufacturing subsidiary is still technically called IBC Vehicles Ltd., with the “B” originally standing for Bedford, though the marque itself is long defunct.

I flogged many a GM product in the 80's through the corners. My old man used to get company cars, usually Buicks or Pontiacs. The 87 Bonneville SE was the shit yo!

GM was pulling a Bill Gates-esque maneuver back then. Buy up everybody and put cars everywhere! Their PR department was probably an actual monster. :P

Two decades later they almost died. Because it turns out quality DOES matter, the consumer isn’t as stupid as thy thought.
